Hotel Benzz Park Chennai, Chennai

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positive aspects, there were a few major issues. The room was nicely furnished and clean, but quite small and there were some uneven tiles that caught my attention. The staff at the reception and concierge were good, but the restaurant staff had an unfriendly attitude overall. The breakfast was decent but often had delays in refilling food and utensils. I faced a significant issue during my stay with water quality that made me regret my choice and prompted me to check out early.
